PROCESSING TIME

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.

DELIVERY TIME

United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or public holidays.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team within 21 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the courier to investigate the shipment and provide an update.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS OR ORDER CHANGES

If you need to correct your shipping address or request changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
